There are a lot of nice designs, so that part was good. I just wish the filters were a bit better, because it took some poking around to find what I actually wanted.

I felt a lot better once the diamond arrived with its certificate. From what I could tell, the details matched what I had been shown online, which made the whole purchase feel more reassuring. Buying something like this online can be a little nerve-racking, but in my experience, everything was clear and straightforward.

It’s a really necklace and looks nice on, but it does feel lightweight (which isn’t always a bad thing). I just wish the quality felt a little better overall...

But once I had a sizing issue, getting help was a whole different story. I sent emails and had to keep following up, which got ridiculous after a while. The replies were short and not very clear, and even though I finally got an answer, it took way too long. Not a terrible shop, but their after-sales support really needs work...
